Marine Captain Robert Secher

I've just read the story of CPT Robert Secher, killed by a sniper in Iraq on October 8.

His emails to his family were published in Newsweek and give his personal insight into the situation in Iraq.

Although he was apparently not optimistic about the outcome of the war, he believed in what he was doing there - training Iraqi soldiers to take over the fight against the terrorists who are trying to destroy that country.
